Dr. Annette Caneda is the director of Organizational Learning at the Telecare Corporation, and an adjunct faculty member at San Francisco State University’s Department of Business Communication. Dr. Caneda has 13 years of technical communication experience as a writer, editor, designer, strategist, process analyst and instructor. She served as a consultant to companies including Abgenix, Electronics for Imaging, Crawford and Associates International, and Schlumberger. She was also an Environment Health Safety professional for Texaco leading operational efforts in managing environment, health and safety issues at the corporate, regional and plant level.
